Speciation of copper in human serum using conjoint liquid chromatography on short-bed monolithic disks with UV and post column ID-ICP-MS detection

چکیده
A new method based on conjoint liquid chromatography with post-column ID-ICP-MS detection was developed for the speciation of Cu in human serum. ceruloplasmin (Cu-Cp) is suggested as a potential biomarker cancer diagnosis.
